Granting Process

Hospital Case Managers or Community Social Workers can apply directly to the foundation using an Emergency Grant Application Form for the benefit of an indigent client. If approved by Sedona, Ltd., payment will be made only and directly to the entity providing goods or services benefiting the client. Cash grants will not be given directly to qualified applicants and each grant is for $500 per individual per year.

To ensure that assistance is provided responsibly and to individuals with a genuine demonstrated need, all individual grant applicants are subject to a vetting and review process. This may include verification of financial need, review of supporting documentation, confirmation of the circumstances giving rise to the request, and other information necessary to determine eligibility.

Sedona evaluates each request individually and makes grant decisions based on its established guidelines, charitable mission, available resources, and the specific circumstances presented. Applicants should not consider a request approved until they have received formal confirmation from Sedona, Ltd.
